Want to go · Been · Your own lists

Save it the second you hear about it.

The place a friend won't stop talking about. The one you walked past on Saturday. Savya is a free app that keeps them in Want to go before the name slips — so you can stop scrolling back through your screenshots.

How it works

From “we should go” to “we went.”

  1. 1

Save it to Want to go

Search the restaurant and tap save — a few taps, while the conversation is still happening.

  2. 2

    Go, and scan the menu

Savya reads it and tells you what to order. The visit lands in Been on its own.

  3. 3

    Remember what you had

Been keeps every place you’ve eaten, with the dishes you ordered folded underneath.

Been

Everywhere you've eaten, and what was good.

Scan a menu and the place joins Been on its own. Ate somewhere without scanning? Add it in a tap. Filter by city, sort by most visited, or switch to the map and see where you've actually been.

Your lists, your rules

Lists you name yourself.

  • Any list you want

Date night. Out-of-town guests. Worth the wait for brunch. Name it, fill it, reorder your life around it.

  • Private, followers, or public

Choose per list. Want to go starts private; Been starts public, so your profile reads like a dining passport.

  • Near me, and on a map

Filter any list to what’s close or to one city, or flip to the map when you’re deciding where to walk.

  • Steal from a friend’s list

Tap a place on someone’s public list and save it to your own. The best recommendations already exist.

When you get there

Then it reads the menu for you.

The list gets you to the table. Savya takes it from there: photograph the menu and it hands back the few dishes that fit how you eat, with a reason for each — and flags anything your allergies would want to know about.

One page or six. QR codes and links too.

One app for the whole meal.

Know what to order

Photograph the menu. Savya reads every dish and hands back the few that are yours, each with a reason.

Flags what the menu doesn’t say

Soy sauce carries wheat. Butter hides in French vegetables. Set your allergies once; every menu is read against them.

Your taste persona

Pick what you love to eat and Savya writes the kind of eater that makes you. Short, specific, a little too accurate.

A dining journal worth keeping

Photograph the dishes, rate them, leave a note. A weekly dining streak and a Savya Score keep count of the nights out.

Bring it to dinner.
